ABOUT ME
I’m Veronica and I’m an ops leader turned experience designer. I love tackling new and obscure problems, ideating with people, being efficient and helping others grow.
I’ve done it all from research to hi-fidelity prototyping, being an individual contributor to leading a growing team of UXers. I have had the good fortune to work within a variety of industries and organizations to show skeptics the value of good UX and design.
I am currently the first product design hire at Thoughtful Automation. We create, monitor and enhance intelligent digital workers on our Digital Workforce Management platform. Check us out here!
